Having handled hundreds of cases in both federal and state court, Jeremiah has the litigation skills needed to maximize a client’s recovery.
Jeremiah’s insurance practice involves representing businesses and individuals in coverage denials as well as delayed and underpaid claims. Areas of insurance that Jeremiah has ample experience in includes commercial, property, life, liability, and accidental death. I
Jeremiah holds a Masters of Laws in Admiralty from Tulane Law School and uses this expertise to assist maritime clients in insurance, property damage, business, and injury matters.
Jeremiah has also obtained successful results in cases against insurance brokers/agents, fiduciaries, POAs, trustees, and more.
Prior to forming his firm, Jeremiah represented some of the nation’s largest insurance companies and defended hundreds of insurance coverage, Jones Act, and maritime injury claims throughout the Gulf South.
Jeremiah’s experience representing some of the nation’s largest insurance companies provides a unique perspective on what it takes to favorably resolve a case for his clients. In his spare time, Jeremiah enjoys spending time with his wife, Alma, and daughters, Lucia and Lillian. As a lifelong musician, Jeremiah can often be found picking at one of his guitars.
